Want to collaborate with other employeed skilled trade workers. So we can share the necessary details, information of our own personal trade skills /knowledge with others, that are looking for work or workers in related fields. When looking for a new position, Its already hard enough combing thru online and sifting thru the duplicate adds, fluffed advertisements and empty promises. Only find more searchers online. Or driving around.filling out applications for a job you really know nothing about.Just unsure of where to start searching for best position. That's how you could help. Speaking from my own experiences. When i am searching for a new Trade to learn, i would love to have someone guide me with their knowledge, insight, skills and expectations of their Skilled Trade. Can answer questions, give direction and demonstrate. Refer colleague's etc. I hope you would like to share your knowledge, skills with others.
