My cats loved these wall perches and shortly after getting them we moved to a place that won't allow us to put them up. They are very sturdy and the hardware that comes with them isn't ideal so after reading many reviews we purchased better hardware which you can get for just a few bucks. These must be mounted in studs to make sure your kitty is safe and secure. This is a must have for homes run by cats. Retails for $75 I am asking 20 obo.
