Stray/lost chihuahua

Description

Male blue and tan Chihuahua wearing a harness is wandering the neighborhood near St. James Church. He's gone as far as Aaron's Plumbing & Electric Supply, but wandered back to this neighborhood. He's very shy. Came up on my porch once to bark at the cat and that's the closest he's been to me. Folks in the neighborhood are trying to feed him. We're leaving food when we see him but he's still losing weight. (One person said he'll keep him if he catches him.) Again, He's very shy and skittish. He's welcome here too, but I'd rather he go home.
