I recently saw a lost dog, late Thursday evening about 12-1 am, the dog ran out some bushes behind some apartments near Abbey Church rd and sawmill. The dog almost got hit by me and another driver, and the dog ran back towards the apartments, I went after it but it was very skittish. Very early this morning about 4-5 am I saw the same dog with the pink collar on by the dumpster eating trash outside my townhouse, on fall creek lane and bride water Blvd. I believe it was the same dog, but it was hard to tell the breed because it was so dark. It had a darker colored coat, maybe brown and black, looked like a mix, and was kind of short but stalky. I tried to get it again but I ran out onto bride water Blvd into the houses.
