Part-time E-Bike Repair Mechanic Overview Currently prefer someone who can work weekends - either Saturday/Sunday only or some Fridays as well! EZE Ryders is an innovative and exciting company is looking for a qualified electric bike assembly and repair mechanic to help manage their new location in Ocean Beach / Point Loma - San Diego. The ideal person will be motivated, mechanically minded, good with bikes and electronics, and able to troubleshoot and repair almost anything in the shop. Bike repair experience not required - we can teach you! We need someone who can also help to assess damage and coordinate repair parts with our customers nationwide. Duties and Responsibilities. Assemble electric bikes Troubleshoot and repair electric bikes Communicate with the factory to order repair and replacement parts Provide customer support to wholesale accounts and consumers Maintain warehouse and parts inventory Travel to different customer locations may be required Be on time and ready to work! Requirements Interested in learning new technology Background working with electronics preferred Background and experience with bicycle repair preferred Background in customer service preferred Experience with inventory management a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to apply critical thinking skills and work in a fast-paced team environment Ability to travel as needed Ability to lift over 75 lbs and stand for more than 1 hour at a time Benefits Work on developing new electric bike technology Collaborate with a growing local bicycle and tech community Work with a fast growing company in an exciting new field with immense growth opportunities! Additional sales commission opportunities available Pay is depending on experience but will be minimum $15/hour Flexible schedule may be available For Further information please reply to this post or contact us directly!
