Still looking for compliant bandmates

Bay Village OH
Description
Let's try this again since it seems there are still some misunderstandings about who I'm looking to hire to play with me in my vanity project band. I am a laid back drummer with upwards of 3 years live playing experience who likes to hang out and jam. I have a practice spot in Bay with beer and I can hold a solid 4/4 at a medium tempo. I don't see the need for anything else to prove I am clearly a premier talent you should feel honored to play with if you meet my criteria. I need COMMITTED bandmates. What do I mean by committed? Well, I have to say I am disheartened by the lack of follow-through demonstrated by players in this area. You'll have guys who learn all their parts and show up early and hustle to get us gigs but then suddenly they show up 5 minutes late to practice for some BS excuse like "Sorry guys I was dropping off a business card and trying to network with a bar owner." Unbelievable! They the day of a gig when you demand they show up 4 hours in advance they show up only 3 hours in advance because "that's what was discussed at practice and is what everyone else heard too." I say what was agreed to and I say how it's going to be! Guys get argumentative all the time, disagreeing with me and then when I scold them for stepping out of line they get angry. You hate to see a good thing go to crap because someone has too much self-respect to be talked to like they are less than crap every now and then. Then you'll see these guys mark "interested" on Facebook events that aren't for our band and posting photos of their families. Dude! The whole "we all have lives outside of the band" spiel is for one person only - the premier talent behind the kit! I don't care if someone has been playing 15 years longer than me, is punctual 99% of the time, easy to get along with and does their fair share of work if they aren't willing to go the extra mile to appease me at every beckon call. It makes me so aggravated I get this twitch and grunt thing that happens about 50 times a day! I've had to have so many sitdowns with guys who just couldn't get it together and so many people flake. They're like "wtf are you so upset about? Nobody else is. Chill. Everything is fine." Oh yeah??? Well if everything is fine then why am I not happy??? Nobody ever has an answer! It's obviously everyone else's fault. No doubt about it. Anyway, I'm here, I've got beer and I hope we're clear so you can get here (on time!!!) and get used to it! *twitch*
