If you have a jazz, classical, latin, or blues/rock and roll background, please read on.
Mid-century clean tones and archtops are very welcome.

I'm an upright bassist who also sings and plays rhythm guitar. I play with a few musicians regularly, and several have expressed similar interest in finding guitarists to play music with. See if any of these ideas sound interesting to you?
Project 1
Tango Quartet
piano, saxophone, guitar, bass
This is a rad, gigging trio in search of a fourth member. Members are professional, classically trained. They are willing to teach a competent guitarist the nuances of the genre.
Project 2
Depressed Rockabilly Trio
vox, guitar, drums, bass
This is a low key, fun project. Minimalist amps and drum kits with brushes to keep it easy. No ambition allowed. We play slow, creepy, dark rockabilly crooner numbers.
Other projects musicians in my network are discussing:
Jazz jams
Gypsy jazz groups
Latin, Salsa
Chamber classical
If any of this is vibing with you, feel free to reach out to network.
In general, most of the musicians I play with take music seriously, but are working professionals, so we are all understanding of time commitments.
Vaxxed, masked, distanced.
