Need Helper for Painting, Tree Trimming, Garden Work, $18/hr

Hi there, I’m looking for someone who can help me with a home project that I need to complete in the next 2-3 weeks. It includes painting, tree trimming, gardening, minor drywall repair. WHEN: Today, this weekend (Sep 25-26), next weekend (Oct 2-3) and possibly some weekday work, continuing until done. On weekends, it will be 8-12 hours per day. Weekdays will depend on whether I can get the day off from my job and/or if the work is something you can do while I’m working, such as painting. PAY: $18/hr. I will have all the supplies and most of the equipment. I am estimating this entire project to take about 40- 45 hours, so if one person did all of it, the total pay would be about $700 - $800, assuming my time estimates are correct. TRANSPORTATION: You must have your own way of getting here, unless you are very close by and then I could give you a ride. EXPERIENCE: This job does *not* require a lot of experience or skill, but I will certainly prefer someone who has done some of this type of work in the past, such as painting, drywall repair, or flower gardening. The main thing I am looking for is someone who speaks English well, is hard-working, has a focus on detail, and is comfortable working both alone or alongside me. SCOPE OF WORK: Painting & Drywall Repair • Repaint Walls of one room, 1 coat • Repaint 16 white baseboards and ceiling moldings (approx 12 ft ea), 1 coat • Repaint 7 white interior doors (both sides, 1 coat) and all the doors jams • Repaint 1 set of white closet doors • Repaint 3 exterior doors, 1-2 coats • Minor drywall repair and touch up paint, approx 5 sq ft Tree Trimming • Trim seven trees back severely, including 3 10-ft pomegranates, a 15' lemon tree, a 12 ft plum tree, a 30 ft cherry tree, and a dead 17 ft loquat tree. Help me with Container Gardening • Trim, weed, fertilize, and/or repot 8-12 container plants • Install 3 new plants in pots with fertilizer • Minor repair of small wooden trellis and attach to wall. Help me with Weeding & Front yard cleanup • Weed parts of front yard, approx 800 sq ft, including several large vegetable garden beds. • Install ground cover for approx 300 sq ft • Apply sand or mulch over most of the yard Future Work: There is a lot more work I need for various other projects (plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, wood floor repair and much more). So there is definitely an opportunity for future gig work. Also, I need someone to come once a month to help care for my 50+ container plants (weeding, trimming, fertilizing, repotting, etc.).
