This beagle is a special needs dog that escaped his owners home just west of Sunrise. He was last spotted near Casper College and the YMCA. The dog is from Kindness Ranch, a pet adoption rescue that specializes in rehoming dogs from Medical testing laboratory facilities. He's about 2 years old and very small. He will likely run from you.
