I have a 2 year old unaltered Pin-Chi mix I'm looking to re-home. His name is Benji and he's house trained, does basic commands like "sit, take it nice". He's very hyper and high energy- he will have you playing fetch all day. He gets along well with other animals (he looks after them like a big brother). The only downside is he would do better in a home with no small children. He's gotten aggressive towards my youngest who is 6. Benji is a rescue who was removed from an abusive situation and when my son has a tantrum as young kids do or even if he's running around playing, Benji gets startled and starts barking and growling. He has nipped my son's leg. I have tried to do everything I can to alleviate these behaviors and I have had no luck. I really want to find him a suitable home because like I said, he's a good dog, it's just his history of being in an abusive home has affected his ability to keep aggression towards little people at bay. I don't want him to end up at the SPCA or animal control and I can't risk my son being hurt. I'm asking a $100 rehoming fee to ensure he goes to a good home and it is negotiable.
