Part Time building and yard maintenance handyman

I am a residential mid cities home owner who needs to hire someone to work weekdays 2-3 days/week; 4-8 hours/day; maybe more hours initially until we get caught up on work needing to be done. Work is mostly outside; but, on cold or wet weather we have inside jobs to do. We have two acres plus residence and out buildings all needing maintenance. Preference is to hire someone interested in this becoming a year round part time job. Type of Work -- From yard work to carpentry, lot of painting, tile repair, hedge trimming, bed maintenance, board replacements, caulking, irrigation repair, hardscape work, some inside remodel, etc. etc. Criteria: Speak clear English, have experience in work described; no drugs; non smoker, have good work ethic and like work with your hands. Retired person is ideal or someone looking for a second or fill in job.
