Skilled Carpenter for replacing wood shiplap siding and framing a patio cover with sides. The framing will be on a new concrete slab, both by nails & screws. I'm paying CASH weekly, not daily and not by check, paycheck, etc. but Cash. Decent Pay for this skilled trade, a skilled carpenter will know what the pay range is. Normally work is 8 to 5 with 1 hour lunch Monday through Friday, sometimes a Saturday. Except on rain days or weather related days then we may pick up the lost day on Saturday. This is outside work so we have to deal with weather factors.
