General laborer. Must be able to do light cleaning, sweeping, mopping, shampoo carpet. Organizing, putting away boxes. Need to put up shelves, shutters, and tables together, etc. Need to do painting of tables, and put tablecloths on tables. Need to put up wireless cameras, only screw in 2 screws per camera's base, no wires. Need some yard work done, touch up paint on the porch. We have tools and equipment. Need to know how to use a power drill to put things together and to work with small pieces of hardyboard. You need to have your own gloves, and must wear a mask. Looking for someone who can maintain the general labor needs inside and outside the building, and can do all of the things above.
