Need someone to paint a deck and maybe few other things.

I am looking for someone with solid experience in painting outdoors to paint the deck in one of my rentals. The current paint is quite old and fading. The deck size is roughly 10'x12'. Loose wood chips need to be removed (by using a wire brush or power washing), and bigger holes / cracks need to be filled with wood filler. A couple of boards might need changing too. I will pay for all the material but you need to pick them up from Home Depot (I will do a phone purchase). It needs two soil coat of deck paint. Need to do one of the days this week when it is sunny and warm. If you have not done outdoors / deck painting please don't contact me. Need to have your own tools. PS. I have multiple properties and am generally looking for a reliable and skillful handyman with affordable price for a variety of jobs like this that comes up regularly.
