Seibel’s Organic Dairy in Bloomer, WI is looking to fill a Herd Manager position on our 140 cow organic dairy farm. This farm is a 5th generation farm that has been certified organic for over 20 years. We pride ourselves on providing excellent care for our animals in fun and relaxing work environment. All of our animals are milked with two robotic milkers. These have been running on our farm for 10 years. We are looking for someone to take care of all things cow related. Some examples but not limited to are taking care of fresh cows, administering vaccinations, drying off cattle, grooming stalls, scraping barns, and keeping milking equipment clean. Requirements: Must have a driver’s license and vehicle to get to work. Must be able to drive skid steer, or willing to learn. Must be on time and trustworthy Must be able to work with others, be task oriented, and pay attention to details. Housing is not available.
