2 nannies for UHNW family in Santa Barbara Up to $40 an hour DOE — ideally seeking to pay $35 an hour plus Benefits 40 hour work week Seeking 2 very sharp, experienced nannies to join another nanny in the Santa Barbara area for a family with 2 kids under the age of 3. The ideal candidate has solid experience, preferably a few years with one family. We are looking for someone who has strong instincts, is warm and friendly, can be around a busy family with many people that come and go. This person will be a problem solver, intuitive and adept. Always polished and ideally flexible with their schedule within a 40 hour work week. MUST have experience with all needs as related to kids: paying, feeding, bathing, caregiving Will also ensure that the kids rooms are cared for in terms of organizing, putting toys away, laundry and perhaps being aware of clothes that are outgrown. This is a relaxed yet full staffed home so must be able to work independently as well as within a team.
