Older blind dog found roaming the streets of a neighborhood near a park. I asked around that neighborhood nobody claimed her. It is a female tiny chihuahua that has been over breed clearly. she is very calm and nice I would take her to a shelter but I don’t want her to be put down because she is blind in what looks like both eyes and or other unknown issues.
