We are looking for a full time experienced, honest, dependable Maintenance Manager Compensation: Hourly Based on Experience WHO WE ARE: We are a boutique family owned property management company. With properties throughout Oregon that range in Apartments, Mobile Home Parks and Single Family Homes. You will be required to have your own vehicle, have some of your own general tools, clean driving record, and pass a background check. Must be flexible in your schedule, work well with others and be available to work some weekends based on the project. You will also be required to answer emergency calls from tenants.
