Hey friends! I have a sweet cat in Portland who needs rehomed, due to our living situation with my partner's cat allergies and the dog, not being ideal for her or us. She also doesn't like that I work so much, and she doesn't get enough attention. Her name is Claudia, and she is 17 years old. She's a Maine Coon mix, and she's very loving. She likes to play with string, sit on your lap, sleep next to you in bed, and she is flexible about being indoor/ outdoor. She likes the outdoors, but she is also fine with staying inside if she has a nice person to be with. She doesn't like being left alone for long periods of time, so an older person, or someone with disabilities that prevent them from being outside a lot, would be a great fit. Or, someone who works from home. She's very friendly, so she'd be happy with multiple adults as well. She doesn't like dogs, but she can tolerate other cats. She has stiff joints, but she can get around, and she's in generally good health. She's only had to go to the vet once in her life, and it was because she had a cold. I'm willing to drive her quite a ways to get her rehomed, if that means Colorado, or Washington, or a far out place in Oregon, and possibly California.
