Need help deep cleaning home and some garden work

Need hard working, reliable, person or people to do Demo work in my basement, followed with Deep move out cleaning of entire property. Including weeding and yard cleanup up. Must have own tools, and a truck to take yard debris and garbage to the dump. If you are efficient and timely I will pay you generously. Will cover dump run fees as well.
