In need of a handyman or handywoman that has mobile home experience. I currently have two projects going on at the moment. I want someone who is dependable and reputable. Not looking for one-time help but want to develop a relationship that is win-win for both of us. I will have many work available as well in the near future. Requirements- Must have dependable transportation. Must have your own tools. MOBILE HOME EXPERIENCE. Must know about mobile home rehabs. Proactive positive attitude. Repairs needing fixes that you should be familiar about- Holes and soft spots in subflooring Install laminate wood, vinyl, and carpet on the floors. Moderate plumbing.
