Seeking Space to Work In

Hello, I am teaching online this semester, I am trying to finish a book on 'authority in the university' and am currently living in a residence that is a lil cramped for my wife, son, and I. I am seeking charity! Even if it is temporary, I am hoping to find a space (any where in the city) which someone would let me use (even for a month or two) to write and teach from. I am open to any kind of space, but ideal would be something inspiring... a space in transition- one that is not being used or occupied currently but will be developed, renovated, or occupied later. I need a space to write and think- Thanks for your consideration C
