ISO certified metal job shop has a full-time need for a Second Shift Leader for the Powder Coating Department. Main duty is to work with and lead 2-3 team members in powder coating a variety of metal parts. Other duties include hanging parts, masking, unhanging, wrapping, palletizing and packaging. The Second Shift Leader will coordinate work assignments with the First Shift Supervisor. Knowledge of a power and free conveyor system is preferred but is not required. Training will be provided on the first shift. The second shift is 3:30pm-11:30pm M-F.
