Goodman's Landscape Maintenance, LLC, a Full-Service Landscape Design, Installation and Maintenance Company in business since 1984 is seeking an Experienced, High-End Residential Field Supervisor with Sales and Management Skills. Our ideal candidate will be able to manage crews, schedule and route crews daily, schedule new and seasonal customer accounts along with managing existing customer accounts. Customer service experience is a must. Must have written and verbal communication skills, as well as, employee training skills. While most of the responsibilities are in the field, office skills are required. Candidates must have a valid Arizona driver's license and provide a 39-month MVD record. REQUIREMENTS: SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: • Recent Management/Sales - RESIDENTIAL Landscape Maintenance 3+ years • Strong Computer skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, Landscape Software • Smart Phone technology • Strong communication and time management skills with the ability to multitask • Math skills: calculate square footage, material count, and calculate crew hours • Sell ongoing yard care services, clean ups and small landscape upgrades/refreshes • Customer service: Resolve customer service issues, listen and interpret homeowner's needs, immediately assess and be able to describe what needs to be done verbally and in writing • Knowledge of major city streets in Phoenix, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Glendale, Peoria • Manage, assess, train and guide multiple RESIDENTIAL maintenance crews • Program various irrigation and lighting timers, including general repairs • Know top 50 basic plants and trees, growth patterns, size when mature • Knowledge of plant related issues such as under/over watering, insect, animal, bacterial, fungal or viral diseases • Knowledge of fertilizers including what time of year they are used and application rates APPLY IN PERSON: Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 3:00pm and Fridays 8:00 a.m. to Noon or e-mail your resume.
