Leads a crew of workers doing Landscape Maintenance in areas such as high-end residential properties and commercial properties: Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for ensuring delivery of quality services and customer satisfaction • Trimming Plants, Trees and installing Flowers • Maintaining equipment • Understanding irrigation systems • Knowing your PLANTS • Ability to train and mentor crew members Supervisory Responsibilities: Manages 1-2 subordinate crew personnel QUALIFICATIONS: • Valid Arizona Driver's license and clean driving record, a plus - NOT REQUIRED Programming irrigation timers, mowing, edging, weed eating, trimming, blowing, raking, hula hoeing. • Picking up trash and debris, climbing ladders and trees, digging, chopping, lifting equipment and other objects. • Mixed gas and regular gas and what equipment uses what type of fuel, installing plants and gravel. • Must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a medical card • Able to do physical work and lift at least 100lbs. • Experience in use of Smart Phone texting and phone calls • English speaking (Bi-lingual a plus) • Experience with standard power and manual landscape installation equipment • Experience in high end residential landscape maintenance work.
