Border Collie type puppy needs a loving home

This dog has been chained since it was a small puppy, I've been feeding it for over three months, sometimes through the fence between our yards because she is so neglected.. The wife and children ignore her, the husband is fond of her but he works out of town for weeks at a time. She cries for attention and care and it rarely happens. She's alone and ignored 99% of the time. I've made arrangements to re-home her to the first loving family with a fenced in yard who can afford to care for her the right way.. It's getting cold, she has no dog house and lives in the open during rain and cold.. Contact me if you're serious and ready for a new dog.. She's in perfect shape, still happy and very spirited.. Without a change that probably won't continue.. I'm willing to make the drive to bring her to you or meet along the way.. I'd appreciate photos of where she will be kept to help with my comfort level... thank you. Rehoming fee $50
