Hearts of Hope is a new BIPP Program (Batterer's Intervention and Prevention) to the Houston area. We are running a special for October, Domestic Violence Awareness Month. If you or a loved one is court-ordered to attend BIPP classes, we are accepting clients. October Rates: non-court ordered, one-time orientation: $40 parole orientation: $35 Each Class: $20 *the special runs for the entire month of October Hearts of Hope is dedicated to ending intimate partner violence in the community one heart at a time
