Hello! We are looking to add a new member to our family! Ideally a companion for my 5 year old son who has some anxiety issues. But also a great overall family dog as well who will enjoy being with me and my older kids when my younger son is at his dad's every other week. I would prefer a dog that's not too large unless it is a puppy now so that it can grow around my son. We just had to rehome an older large dog we adopted because he did not get along with my youngest and his size was too overwhelming for my son. If it's a smaller dog or medium sized dog that's a little older and is good with small kids then that's not an issue. Oh and we have one cat as well so they need to at least tolerate the queen sheeba who thinks she owns the house lol. Not too picky about breeds but we cannot have any pitbulls or bully breed mixes per our lease agreement. We are low energy people but have a big fenced backyard and weak spot for fluffier dogs lol.
