Found dog, sweet old female beagle-ish

Description

Sweet, old white and tan dog found wandering our street. Clearly loved. Cloudy eyes and possibly deaf. She has tag but it is unreadable. Will take to River's Edge when they open this morning to scan for chip, and then to SafeHaven if there is no chip.
