Hello-- Looking for a seasoned contractor to install vinyl shutters on my 2nd floor windows. Total of 5 windows (potentially, 1 more). I've already installed on my 1st floor windows, but ladder can't reach upper floor. About 15-16 feet up from ground level. Shutters will be ready for install with holes already drilled for shutter spikes. You'll need to bring all tools and tall ladder. Project available on Sunday. Cash (and cold beer) upon completion.
