We are Island Packet Yachts, a 44 year old world class cruising sailboat builder located in Largo, FL. We have a long back order of yachts to build and need to add people to our team. We are looking for Carpenters or people interested in learning to be a carpenter. We are looking for Toolers and Finishers or trainees. We are looking for general labor and people with assembly skills. We offer a great team environment and care about each of our employees. We offer competitive or above average wages depending on your skill level. Our employee compensation includes 40 hours of PTO after the first year. Paid holidays and health insurance after a 90 days probation period.
