The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property (or properties) and for ensuring the efficient operation of the property (or properties) on a daily basis in a roving (as needed) capacity. Due to the nature of the property management industry, this position must be available to work on the last day and first day of each month which can occur on weekends. In addition to the hourly rate, a sign on bonus of $1,500 minus taxes will be included! ($750 after 30 days of employment; $750 after 6 months of employment) Responsibilities: Responsible for apartment turns General repair, appearance and maintenance of the property Appliance repair as necessary Demonstrate strong professionalism and integrity while representing Dominium Qualifications: At least 3 years of previous maintenance experience preferred Property maintenance experience strongly preferred Ability to work on-call required Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Basic electrical, plumbing and painting experience HVAC (Heat Pumps) experience strongly preferred  EPA experience a plus Must provide your own tools Valid driver’s license and insurance required About Us: Dominium manages more than 30,000 apartments in 19 states with a staff of more than 1,200 employees. As long-term owners, we have been committed to providing housing solutions for more than four decades.
