Must have a minimum of 2 years general labor experience. Must be well dependable, well versed, and expedient in handling general labor/work orders. General labor requirements are: *Painting *Repairs, *Plumbing, The technician must be a reliable team player, and have an ability to complete work within the required time allotment.
