Help with a handicap Malinois please

So far our vet just diagnosed her with H.O.D and said if playing causes pain to go for another prescription for pain killers, and long term would be knee surgery if she does not outgrow it. X-ray exams shows she has extra growth fractures where its making her grow faster then normal causing swelling in her knees. She really does not complain (cry)or whimper. Basically like a newborn rain deer she falls while running or playing.$200 fee
