Who Sells a Long Term Care Policy?

Where can I go to buy myself a long term care insurance policy so I can avoid the new.58 per every $100 I earn tax here in WA, as deemed by our governor. Oh, and there is the potential of it being bumped up to.98 per every $100. There is a second option though; show proof of purchasing your own LTC policy. So who sells them? I'm not asking who sells a whole life policy with an LTC rider (some agency offered me that at only $200/mo). Hopefully, my opinions on our state government and the greedy insurance providers didn't show too much in this post, but it's all that I have encountered so far. I just want some suitable, fair prices insurance.
