Job Description: - Perform installation, troubleshooting, repair services and preventative maintenance on espresso machines and various commercial coffee equipment. - Travel to customer locations to assess customer needs. - Respond to work orders in a timely fashion. - Must have a very flexible schedule and ability to work when required including weekends and after hours. - Will undergo an intensive one-month training period. - Accurately and thoroughly complete service request forms and invoice breakdowns with complete service data of the issue solved and work completed. - Perform routine inventory check of in-stock and out-of-stock inventory in your service vehicle and maintain proper inventory of parts at all times. - Interact with customer in a respectful and professional manner. - Keep service vehicle clean and organized at all times. - Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required - No DUI’s or felonies - Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug test - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Must be willing to sign a two-year contract and non-compete/non-disclosure agreement - Must be eligible to work in the US Ideal Candidate/Skills & Traits Required: - Very strong work ethic and willingness to learn - Self-motivated; able to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose equipment problems - Very flexible schedule; willing to work extra during peak times and peak seasons - Calm under pressure; fast learner - Mechanically apt; possess basic familiarity with hand tools - Basic familiarity with electrical and plumbing is preferred but not required - Enjoys driving long distances - Well organized, team player, respectful - Neat, presentable, responsible and safe in your actions and demeanor - Must be able to occasionally lift/move heavy coffee equipment up to 100 pounds - It is important that you are not color blind as you will need to read electrical schematics that may be color coded Benefits: - Competitive pay - Company vehicle and cell phone - Tools provided - Opportunities for bonus and overtime pay - Paid time off - 401(k) - Health insurance If you are ready to invest in yourself and are seriously looking for a career path and an opportunity to grow with our company, email your resume and cover letter today!
