Seafood Shorts Screening Join Sereia Films & Slow Food Miami for an evening of seafood shorts, at the Santuario - the Anderson's newest outdoor garden space. 10.28.2021 We'll be screening the latest episodes of Sereia Films' web series, Eating Out: The Hunt for Sustainable Seafood. From chefs who use the whole fish, to innovative land-based fish farms, we'll hear about how we can eat smarter seafood to protect our oceans. The event will be held in the Santuario at the Anderson - a garden sanctuary featuring roman-style pizza, natural Italian wines, and artisanal Italian beers. Come at 6:30 and grab a glass of natural wine and some pizza, and mingle. Shorts will start after sunset at 7:30. Q&A following the films at 8:30 with Chef Allen Susser and Sarah Curry, co-chairs of Slow Fish Miami. Stay on for some great music inside with Keith Jones, starting at 9:30. First 30 to RSVP will receive a free glass of wine. Sereia Films is Miami's newest environmental education nonprofit. We create and curate science and environmental content. We also host monthly beach cleanups called Trashy Tuesdays and quarterly talks about seafood.   Our newest web series Eating Out: The Hunt for Sustainable Seafood is currently in production!
