Handyman needed when things need repaired and sometimes cleaned at an airbnb house. Immediate needs include: fix or reseal a leaky window, rip up carpet and polyurethane the cement floor in the smaller second bedroom, re-polyurethane the real wood floor in the master bedroom, mow grass in yard when needed, clean gutters when needed, replace one broken non-functioning burner on the stove, etc. Change out non-functioning Christmas lights on the stage, etc. Hours will be flexible but you should be available within a reasonable amount of time when there is a pressing need. You can start work immediately. I will try out pretty much anyone, but if work is too slow or work is shoddy, you will be terminated. I am offering $15 an hour to the right person who can handle a wide range of tasks and who can start immediately. You must have your own basic tools and a vehicle for getting to the airbnb house.
