About the Chef: Chef Jorge Montes, South Florida Chef has held culinary positions in Miami and Broward Country for over 20 years. He's the Executive Chef and Founder of Roho Kitchen and Sazoned, where he specializes in cooking experiences.
About The Cellar & Pantry: The Cellar and Pantry is a wine, cheese and charcuterie bar, with a retail offering of specialty prepared foods and pantry items, both alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks, and accompanying gourmet accessories.
The Cellar & Pantry and Chef Jorge Montes have teamed up to create an exclusive Food & Wine Pairing Dinner. Menu features artisan cheeses, gourmet products, and boutique wines from The Cellar & Pantry's exquisite collection. Chef Jorge will be cooking and plating live at the Delray Beach Market.
