Residential plow driver wanted for Winchester residentials only..... 2021-2022 season. Serving Winchester for 30 years with custom prototype, dual plow modified pickup trucks and jeeps. Seeking driver with plowing skill sets that can adapt to an advanced method of plowing driveways! Each driver is trained in the fall and familiarized with our snowplowing protocol prior to taking responsibility of designated routes. All drivers must have dependable transportation, active cell phone, located no further than 30 min from Winchester, current drivers license and a good driving history. Mechanical background preferred but not necessary. Total unencumbered availability to plow when it snows is the most important factor we seek. Each driver is assighned a specific vehicle for comfort level accomodation. All drivers are given training, individual routes and familiarized with all accounts prior to season start. Our drivers are not expected to wait for their pay! All drivers are paid after the end of each storm!
