Presented by: Peer Mentor, Kayla Tat, Public Health, '22
I am presenting on this topic because I had personal experiences with learning how to set a realistic goal. I recognized the importance of finding what works for a specific individual, and how they can set aside time and motivate themselves to achieve their goals. This is important for students who do not have experience setting goals, or setting goals that are beyond realistic expectation. In this presentation i will show you how you can make your goal setting much more reachable.
