It is found in North America, Europe & Asia and has been utilized as a medicinal mushroom for centuries. Lions Mane decreases inflammation, acts as an antioxidant and stimulates the immune system. She was the first teacher to expand Ganja Yoga into a new city and held a private practice in Oakland, CA for two years. In 2021 she launched Yoga for Integration in Denver, CO to support individuals meeting themselves on the other side of transformational journey work.
