We are a high rise condominium on Fort Lauderdale Beach, and we are looking for a hard working individual who enjoys working independently and outdoors. Full time, 40 hours, 5 days per week, 8 am - 4:30 pm, Working every weekend and all holidays is required. The position is 100% working outdoors in the sun, in all types of weather, and on your feet for most of the shift. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining a large beach and pool area to the highest standards, including: grooming (raking) the beach, moving cabanas into and out of the garage, moving and cleaning pool and beach chairs, cleaning water fountains, and bbq grills, cleaning deck areas, vacuuming the pool several days per week, responding to resident's needs promptly and politely, and other duties as needed.
