RealSource Management is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Supervisor. Are you a highly motivated maintenance professional who is ready to take your property management career to the next level? As a Maintenance Supervisor, you have daily opportunities to demonstrate our "we care" philosophy as you work directly with our residents to solve problems and enhance their living environment. You are committed to ensuring that our residents have safe and comfortable apartments in good repair and well-maintained surroundings. Your great leadership brings out the best in your team. You inspire them to provide excellent service to our residents and take real pride in the appearance of our properties. You keep complete and accurate records and distribute work in a way that ensures an optimal workflow. The way that you manage the work order service means that our residents can always depend on work being completed in a timely manner. You also interview and hire for open maintenance team positions in an effective and efficient manner. Using your excellent interpersonal skills, you promote good public relations with residents, co-workers, and vendors. Communicating about progress and job status, you stay in constant contact with the Community Manager. With careful attention, you follow OSHA guidelines and manage compliance. You love that your days are filled with variety in work, locations, and people. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR • High school diploma or equivalent • 6 months of related experience • HVAC and certified maintenance technician (CMAT) certifications • Ability to work within a tight budget • Knowledge of basic math • Leadership ability To apply on our Career Portal click on the link below
