Chef Pat White will cook an assortment of meats and vegetables over the woodfired grill.
Chef Pat White from Karibu Kitchen and Paradigm Gardens will share his expertise on best methods for cooking on a woodfired grill.
Guests will taste samples of Rotisserie pork belly, Tri Tip Steak, various sausages, along with grilled seasonal vegetables (Eggplant, Broccoli, Cabbage). Chef white will also create different sauces for the various meats.
Wine will also be included in this demonstration/tasting experience.
A minimum of 20 guests are required for this event to proceed.
