Hey thanks for reading. Looking for a 12k loan from someone. Not interested in a bank loan as I have been declined by 4 banks already so that option is out the window. Willing to payback on your terms, or options for a partnership with percentage of profits, open to all options. I already have 7 tentative contracts with business and over 30 house looked up just waiting for funds before we sign. Willing to sign contract or whatever needs to be done to get this done. I have been in business for over 5 years, and already have staff lined up to work just need funds to buy 1 additional truck, 2 plows, 1 sander and 2 snow blowers.
