Must use clients app on smart phone Debris - pick up all debris in yard before mowing. Trimming trees and shrubs Entryway - trim branches from trees and shrubs that encroach on entryways or walkways. House - trim branches from trees and shrubs at least 4 to 6 inches from house or roof. Weeding - remove weeds/saplings and dead plants from flower and shrubs beds. Weed-eat around house, outbuildings, fences, trees, etc. Raking - rake leaves from property and dispose offsite in appropriate manner. Mowing - mow lawns to maintain a height of 2 (two) inches (do not mow if lawn is too wet). Remove grass trimmings from all walkways, sidewalks and driveways and remove from property. Edging - edge all flowerbeds, driveways, sidewalks and walkways. Eaves - remove all bird nests, wasp and dirt/mud dobber nests from eaves of house. Gutters - if gutters are full of leaves and debris remove all leaves and debris Desert landscape - trim dead plant material from cacti and palm trees, remove dead cacti and fill in holes, pull weeds, clean desert landscape beds and pick up trash. Rockscape - pull weeds and pick up trash. Bare lawn - rake dirt, pull weeds and pick up trash. Photo Requirements: All photos are REQUIRED to be DATE AND TIME STAMPED.
