KROGER SAYS WERE HAVING A CHANGE SHORTAGE ?? a change shortage that's a crock of shit there's no change shortage they say put it on your kroger card yeah sure but when you go shopping and they scan your card it's supposed to credit you with that change but guess what i found out that it don't and you never get that money back well well well that 's something jeez they makin a lot of money off that hummmmm i wonder how much????
