Our Latin Jazz Special Saturdays showcase sophisticated Afro-Cuban arrangements and music of South American composers with contemporary Latin Jazz twist. SoCal Jazz Academy was formed by bassist and educator Dr. Karim Yengsep in January 2019. Our mission is to provide World class performance-based Jazz education in group settings and through 1-on-1 instruction with outstanding Southern California based faculty.
