Dollybraid makes their return to Denton (where it all started) with this very special, storytellers style, acoustic concert! Back in 2001, Dollybraid was on the radio, signed to a major label , and playing sold out shows. They were one of the bands making some noise in the North Texas Music scene and seemed to be poised for nationwide success. They had the look, the songs and were genuinely nice guys. Then one day, it all stopped. No one knew why. And for years, people would ask, "What happened to Dollybraid?" In February of 2021, Mark, Jose, Moon and Neff were presented an opportunity to re release their album All The Hype Money Can Buy on vinyl and the guys started talking again. Those talks led to the possibility of a reunion show, and the DFW Legacy Series and The Nixons asked them to join a show in September of 2021. The success of that show has led the band to want to do one more show: A special show in their hometown in Denton, TX. Join Dollybraid for one night only, at The Dive, for a special "Storytellers" acoustic set. The band will play several of their own songs and tell the stories behind them, as well as some select cover songs.
